•  Flu shot receipt from vet.  Flu/Rhino per ADS regulations. 

Remember these additional forms if applicable:  

• ADS Pony measurement card with pictures.  
• Out of state equines require Negative Coggins and health certificates.

•  Order Golf Cart reservations & Portable Stall reservations as early as possible. (there are limited amounts)  Contact Deb Packard  directly via txt/email.  Send  Your Golf Cart form & separate check to her.

• For Class Schedule & Fees see schedule form below
• Driver  may compete in two (2) divisions if schedule permits. Equines may compete only once. 
• Second go in a single division is HC. 
• Grooms/navigators,  carriages may be shared only if schedule permits. (ADS article 917)  Please request on your event entry form.
• Results listed on ADS and  Carriage Driving Today websites.
• Golf Cart reservations are available through our organizer Deb Packard. Order early as there is a limited amount of carts.   (ADS golf cart rules apply) 
• Always be sure to check the ADS Omnibus for official changes/updates.
• Friday begins with CT Dressage and Cones at 09:00 am, to be followed by CDE Dressage.
• Saturday begins with Marathon at 09:00.
• Sunday begins with CDE Cones at 09:00.
